This project is located in the heart of the Taiping town, just a few steps away from its bustling old market. It takes into account the current community issues faced by the market user and vendor to provide a program that feeds the needs of the young and old.

The center acts as a temporary collection center for the remaining market goods of the day, provides a play library for the children of market vendors, as well as a cleaning management center to the pasar cleaner. True to its name, the community center is designed to 'embrace' the market and respond to the many external factors of its surrounding environment.
