This project is characterized by the concept of cross-culturing and hybrid architecture. The site that was given is located in Kampung Pasir Panjang, Sitiawan. To study the different strengths and issues of the site, strategies such as synergies, dissections and collocations were used to derive the program for the proposed project.

The final program is a crossover of the town's traditional trade and religious leadership delivered through tertiary education to its youth. Through modelmaking and sketching techniques, the project finds its final form in a unique composition of hybrid structures constructed in timber, steel and concrete.
